Ham and Legs Show #046

As promised last week, the show started off with Boobs....

And then continued with other boobs...the GOP and its basic misunderstanding of how government should run.  First, the GOP House Budget Proposal, this year with NUMBERS!  Well, it's the same old story of privatizing Social Security and Medicare along with tax cuts.  When will they learn that repeating the same behavior over and over again and expecting different results is a sign of insanity?

Why does the GOP hate the constitution?  They think that allowing someone their 5th amendment rights will result in anarchy!  Well, Richard Reid, the shoe bomber, was read his rights 4 times in less than 24 hours...he's serving a life sentence.  The Christmas Day bomber was read his rights 50 mins after being arrested, and is singing like a bird with valuable information regarding Yemeni terrorism plots.  Not waterboarded once...good.  The FBI knows what they are doing.

Seriously, why does the GOP now NOT want to listen to the Generals..oh, because Don't Ask Don't Tell is not a good thing to overturn, cuz they gays might actually get to live their lives while serving our country bravely.  Sen. McCain needs to STFU.

Daily Kos and Research 2000 conducted a poll of 2000 self identified Republicans this past week...and the far right is screaming about the results, since it shows that their message is getting through loud and clear.....I don't understand why they are upset.

Finally, the more important news of the week, Oscars and Grammys.  Ham didn't watch the Grammys and hasn't seen all of the nominated films...yet.   So, we hope you enjoy this week's show.

This is such a great resource that you are providing and you give it away for free. I love seeing websites that understand the value of providing a quality resource for free.
