So, in answer to Legs World Cup recap last week, Ham began this week’s show with a recap of this past week’s All My Children…lots going on.

BP’s Tony Hayward testified in front of Congress this week.  Joe Barton (R) of Texas apologized to him for the President getting BP to agree to a $20B escrow account to help pay claims against the company due to their catastrophe still spewing oil into the Gulf Of Mexico.  You read right.  But, Rep. Barton isn’t the only one, Tony Price (R) of Georgia and our favorite loon, Michelle Bachmann (R) of Minnesota agree. … Can the Dems have any more campaign gifts this year?  Probably, there is Sharon Angle of Nevada running against Harry Reid.  Oh, boy.  He was a goner until she won the GOP primary.  Love watching this.

BP knew of problems as far back as February…this doesn’t bode well for them in the criminal investigation.  We look forward to the perp walk.  Hayward is stepping down from overseeing the Gulf disaster, you know, since the Chairman of BP said that BP “cares about the small people”.  Not kidding, that is a quote, and THIS is the better spokesperson now.  Oy!

Obama did his first Oval Office speech, some people on both sides hated it.  Ham thought it was fine, and then the President followed up with the $20B escrow account agreement, he put his words into action in less than 24 hours.

It is now a crime to be poor in America, at least according to Orrin Hatch.  He’s a tool.   And, on top of that Debtor’s Prison has returned!!!  Oh, wait, that is bad. And stupid.

Barney Frank has introduced legislation to cut $1 Trillion from the budget over the next 10 years…it’s all defense cuts.  How many deficit hawks will vote for it?  Ham and Legs predict 0, what are your thoughts?

ICE and its detention practices.  Discuss.

Oh, and Legs refuses to learn the technical aspects of this show.  SO, Ham will never, ever apparently get a day off....She thinks Legs is a chicken, your thoughts?
