Ham and Legs Show #074

So, Ham's neck is out.  Not fun. Please excuse her pained banter.
Dr. Laura retired this week claiming her 1st Amendment rights were being denied because people protested her rant last week.  Ham read and heard her talk to the woman on the phone and is also horrified by what the “Dr.” said.  She stifled her own speech, protesting is not stifling speech just protesting.  Here’s a link to what she said about quitting and her initial rant is also linked here

The “Ground Zero Mosque”’s (which is neither a mosque nor at Ground Zero) Imam helped the FBI with counterterrorism efforts.  Yah, he’s a bad guy!  Ted Olson agrees with the President.  Ham never thought she’d ever agree with Attorney Olson after the 2000 election, she stands corrected this year.  How ‘bout the strippers near Ground Zero, any problems with that?

News Corp, which owns FOX news, donated $1Million to the Republican Governors Association, FOX News didn't mention it, wonder why?  ....

Avian flu…it’s baack or is it?

The FCC vs Google and Verizon over Net Neutrality.

Mellencamp chimes in on the internet.

And another episode of Story Time with Legs

Hope you enjoy this week's installment.

Talk at you later.

    -Rating shows is overrated.
-Jody's gassy-ness should have a permanent slot in the show to attract younger viewers. Lon will enjoy recording that intro.
-common stock in bankrupt company is worth nothing. kind of like being a writer on an indie film. preferred might have some value, kind of like being a producer on an indie film. But, it's still a bankrupt company meaning your investment became a donation.
-Hydro/Wind/Solar...my dad told me that in 1940's the windmill on their farm generated the electricity for the barn.
-Dr Laura ...The "N" word is so late 80's early 90's. I think people have a tendency to vote for people they can relate or identify with OR when their name is first on the ballot (Go Alvin!).
-FOX News/News Corp...$1mill to GOP. Where's the surprise?
    cheers!
